MACHINERY – EQUIPMENT FOR LASER PRECISION MACHINING

Our laser job shop provides a wide range of laser systems with fiber and ultrashort pulse lasers for the production of prototypes to large-scale production of precision products using a wide variety of laser manufacturing applications. In order to accompany you from your first idea to the series production of your precision product, our colleagues not only have an application and measurement laboratory. Our material procurement and storage also ensure that material is always available.

  • Grey room area

  • Cleaning laboratory with ultrasonic cleaning equipment, pickling/cleaning baths

  • Vibratory finishing equipment for barrel finishing

  • Program-controlled bending and folding equipment

  • Material store for stainless steel sheets from 5 µm to 3 mm thickness

  • Stocks for tube material from 0.8 mm to 5 mm outside diameter

  • Procurement of special materials

  • Gas supply with various process gases
