LLT.micro
With a positioning accuracy of up to ± 3 µm, LLT.micro is the most precise machine offered by LLT Applikation. The modular system and the combination of fiber and femtosecond lasers provide the most extensive range of applications for economical and gentle laser micromachining. Highest flexibility allows cutting, welding, drilling and structuring of 2D and 3D components.
LLT.preci
LLT.preci is the most adaptable series machine of LLT Applikation. The combination of the installed components also offers the most economical balance between precision and dynamics. The compact systems with fiber laser are used in industrial laser precision processing for cutting, welding and drilling of 2D and 3D components.
LLT.tube
LLT.tube is the laser system for processing cylindrical components. The machine was developed for cutting and drilling fine tubes and enables the most detailed contours. In addition to a fiber laser, a femtosecond laser and a wet cutting system take into account the special sensitivity of high-value materials. Additionally to the rotation axis, an X-Y table allows the machining of 2D components.

LLT.custom includes all laser systems we design and manufacture based on individual requirements by customizing our standard systems or developing unique special machines. We already support our customers in the planning of a manufacturing solution at the time of the first product idea and guide them all the way to a laser precision system suitable for series production.
